Service Description
Gerace Yoga specializes in beginner's yoga, alignment, breath work, body acceptance, empowerment yoga, sports recovery+strengthening, mindfulness and BIPOC self-care. A typical session will include components of breathe work, movement, and optional additional activities (i.e. reflection, creative work, discussion). Each session will build on the last in order to achieve the goals of the client. Receive the benefits of a physically present face-to-face practice and receive consent-based nourishing assists. Set in a soothing atmosphere, clients have the opportunity to arrive as they are and practice a new way of being & moving in safe, supported environment.
